Privé means "private" in French.  Our restaurant, I Privé strives to bring you along for the most unique dining experience.  

Our executive chef's speciality is to build a personalized food and drink pairing menu based on the patron's food preferences.  This is known as the omakase tasting menu.   To enjoy this type of unique dining experience, please ask for our executive chef Stanley Chan to help you make your menu selection

Hostess

We are looking for someone who is hospitable, able to deal with a busy restaurant, handle reservations, walk up customers and seat our customers and make them feel great from the time when they call to the time when they leave our restaurant.
 

Bartenders
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We are building a team who will create an exciting and fresh cocktail program for us. We need knowledgeable and personable bartenders to help ramp up our bar program. Extensive knowledge of spirits and craft cocktails is mandatory. Experience controlling liquor and labor costs is a plus.
 

Sushi Chef

We are looking for a sushi chef with  3-5  years of experience to work under and train with our master sushi chef.  A lot of room to grow and learn

Must be able to work flexible hours, especially on Friday and Saturdays

Sushi Chef Helper

We are looking for a sushi chef with at least 1  year of experience to work under  our master sushi chef.  A lot of room to grow and learn

Line cooks and kitchen helper

We are looking for line cooks and kitchen helpers join our team and help create inventive offerings to add to our unique Japanese fusion menu.

Must have 1+years experience in a professional kitchen. We are willing to train.

Candidates must be:
- accountable, dependable, able and willing to work nights and weekends.
- able to work the line
- committed to quality
- able to follow recipes
- clean, efficient, and have sanitation practices that exceed standards

Wait Staff

Bus Person
